Training courses

According to customer requirements, we are able to realize the theoretical and practical course in surface mounting.

The course includes:

a) The theoretical part of courses (lectures). A combination of the following topics can be selected.

• Basics of function and design of electronic components, in standard and SMD housings,
• Handling components including anti-static protection
• New designs in electronics and microelectronics
• Guidelines topology PCB design, including differences in design for wave soldering and reflow
• Familiarization with the production of printed circuit boards including current technologies used
• Finishes and their selection with regard to solderability and reliability
• Familiarization with technological processes mounting, soldering and control including the use of fluxes, cleaning agents, etc.
• Reliability of solder joints

b) Practical part of courses

• Basics of hand soldering and repair for classic design governors, working with an electronic pump to
• Basics of SMT soldering and repairing surface mount, chip cases, cylindrical housing, Flat-Pack, QFN, and other
• The option of taking a course on their printed circuit boards
• Repair of printed circuit board pads
• Training of soldering QFN packages
• Possibility to solve Your technology problem during course
• BGA repair cases – reballing
• Possible excursion into production SMTplus

Courses provide re-training or advanced program for high school student, or anyone with a basic education. Practical work stations are equipped with solder PACE, it is possible to organize courses in English. The courses are lectured by qualified academics since 1996.
